2024 Vapor: The culmination of all the skis we’ve created to date.

Every time we build a new waterski, we learn something. Defining what bevel shape is best and which rocker line is most balanced is now rooted in our DNA. As we approached this new ski we reflected upon things in our past and learned from what we’ve tried before.

The result is the Vapor, a slalom ski that finishes the turn with more angle and speed than its predecessor and sweeps away from the wake with ease. We created a ski that’s more intuitive as it enters the turn. This, combined with narrowing the tail of the ski creates sustainable angle that can be carried from the finish of the turn through centerline.

Ski Construction

Shape

The same max width, but added radius for more pivot and rotational pull. New shape for more tip pressure and less "climbing" to make turns. Reduced tail volume for more leverage in turns. Narrower tip and new rocker makes for more bevel contact and stability when carving.

Rocker

Increased rocker taper in front and behind the flat spot for improved feel and connection. More contact up front provides better responsiveness and support, making you and the ski feel like one unit.

Concave

Deeper concave with steeper entry gives the speed and side-to-side drive the Vapor is known for having. Added grip allows the ski to naturally slow down as it enters the turn. More constant speed through turns improves cadence and rhythm with the boat.

Bevel

Sharper bevel in forward of foot adds even more grip and control than ever before. Decelerate faster, for tighter turns made with less effort. Softened bevel rear of foot provides easier balancing and dialing in angle and drive.

Thickness

Sidewall height carries constant to provide balance. Sidewall thickness is reduced to  produce a nimble feel and connected, tight turning radius

Edge Angle

The Vapor width allows the ski to achieve maximum edge angle in turns and cutting. This width sets the precedent as the pinnacle of performance in courses and free skiing.
