Bart's International Shipping Policy

How do I place an international order?  Orders can be placed on the Bart’s website. At first, you will check out paying for no shipping costs. A Bart’s customer service representative will contact you regarding shipping costs before the shipment is released. At this point you will have the opportunity to cancel or follow through with your purchase based on the quoted shipping cost.

How much will it cost to ship to my country?  Bart’s is happy to ship nearly any item on our website internationally. Pricing is based on the size and weight of the package. We ship most orders via Fedex International.

What payment methods does Bart’s accept for international shipment?  We accept all major Credit Cards and (soon!) PayPal payments.

How much should I expect to pay in import duty, taxes & brokerage?  Duty and tax vary greatly based on product category, product value and delivery location. Regardless of where we are shipping, we recommend contacting our local border and customs agency for specific details regarding fees & timeline of your items after they depart from Bart’s.

Are there any items that can’t be shipped internationally?  Water mats and large park items cannot ship overseas due to the bulky nature of these products..

How long will it take for my international order to be received?  Normal shipping time is 5-7 business days.

Is there a minimum order for international orders?  Yes, we require a minimum order of $150 to ship internationally.

What if I want to return my items?

  • All customers will need to contact their border and customs agencies for specifics.
  • International customers are responsible for the return postage/freight to Bart’s. Upon inspection, you will be refunded your purchase price. For items received damaged or in error, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
  • If you get your order and would like to return it, it’s best to reach out to info@barts.com for assistance on this procedure.
